Sorry to hear you had a bad experience there. I am not a fan of pizza hut myself and haven't eaten at any of their locations in a long time. I would recommend Dominos, foxes pizza or even little ceasars before pizza hut but that's my opinion.
Because they don't know what they're doing
I use the mobile app all the time and don't have a problem... I've occasionally used the computer as well and it was ok...
